OQU is a digital platform that automates processes in the field of education. The project is being implemented in pilot mode in 211 supplementary education organizations in the Karaganda and Kyzylorda regions.

OQU Functionality

Digitalization of the learning process

OQU turns key activities into an online format: submitting applications, enrollment, attendance tracking, and gradebook management. All data is recorded automatically, ensuring a transparent and unified process for everyone.

Transparent voucher-based funding

The platform calculates and distributes vouchers according to established rules, monitors their use, and generates reports. This reduces errors and ensures transparency in funding under the unified state order.

Analytics and monitoring

OQU collects and displays key data: attendance, financial metrics, and class sections’ workloads. The platform allows users to quickly identify any changes, detect errors, and make fact-based decisions.

Unified dashboard for organizations

Institutions receive a convenient dashboard to manage class sections, schedules, fees, and documents. Registration and contract signing are completed online using EDS.
